High quality pieces by GC are desirable for collectors of vintage jewelry, and their price will grow every year. Exquisite filigree design and high quality materials contribute to this. Traditionally, craftsmen used silver or gold tone alloys, pewter, multicolor enamels, plastic and rhinestones.
The marking included “Gold Crown Inc”, or “Gold Crown”, however, some series came with hang tags.
Noteworthy, the reference book “Popular Jewelry 1840-1940” by Roseann Ettinger features some pieces of Gold Crown Inc jewelry.
