Don Lin vintage costume jewelry
The history of Don-Lin jewelry trademark began as a family business of Donald Richards and Linda St. Angelo. The name comes from the names of its founders Donald and Lin. Incorporated in 1972 in Providence, Rhode Island, Don-Lin Jewelry Co. Inc., ceased to exist after the death of its founder in 2006.
Noteworthy, Don-Lin Jewelry Co., Inc. owned four jewelry trademarks founded from 1990. In particular, Donald Richards (1990-2002), Aretes De Mode (1991-1993), Talk Of The Town (1991-1999), and Comfy Ears (1993-2003).
The brand demonstrates its special style – large statement pieces (traditionally, 8 – 14 cm), and bright design, due to the use of multicolor enamels. Made from gold tone alloy, many decorations resemble items molded by hand from clay or other soft material. Also, the designers use glass cabochons imitating pearls, amethysts, citrines and rubies.
Especially loved by Boho-fans, Don-Lin brooches and earrings are self-sufficient and never go unnoticed.
