The Aletto Brothers jewellery
The Aletto Brothers firm was founded in Naples, Italy, at the turn of the 19th century. Its founder, Bartolomeo Aletto, was commissioned to commemorate the inauguration of the Eiffel Tower at the Universal Exposition in 1889. The second generation jeweler became Raffaele Aletto, son of Bartolomeo, who worked for many leading Italian jewelers. In 1949, Raffaele’s son, Alberto, left Naples for Caracas, Venezuela, where he established a factory with over 100 employees.
Alberto Aletto was a third generation jeweler who was respected for his fine craftsmanship. In 1964 he relocated to New York City and achieved high praise for his invisible setting designs. Still family owned and operated today, five generations later, the firm is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Under the leadership of Alfredo, great grandson of the founder, and his sons, Alberto, Luigi and Mario continue to painstaking produce high quality designs displaying the firm’s passion and innate gift for artistry in every piece produced.
Alberto, Luigi and Mario are fellow artists and business partners. Together, Alfredo and his three sons work to balance the increasing demands of business and daily life, while offering each other the kind of inspiration, love and support that is only found with family.
