American largest fashion retailer company Dillard’s, Inc. (Little Rock, Arkansas) owns hundreds of trademarks on production of various goods – from shoes and sportswear to dolls and handbags. Among these trademarks registered in 1980-2000 are five jewelry trademarks. In particular, Laura Gayle (1988), Pinnacle (1990), In-Vest-Ments (registered on March 4, 1992), Copper Key (1999), and “M”. Also, eight jewelry trademarks registered after 2000: Francesca Rose, Kate Landry (2002), Katherine Kelly, Jean gems (2004), Nurturi (2006), Antonio Melani AM, Flight School (2007), and Lula Palizzi (2008).
In fact, the current status of In-Vest-Ments trademark – inactive (cancelled on 12 February 2016). However, in the costume jewelry market, you will find very few jewelry decorations made by this brand after 2000, since most of their products were made in the 1990s, and now they are vintage.
In-Vest-Ments designers produced earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and ornamental lapel pins. Traditionally, they used metal alloys, gold and silver plating, lucite, crystals, rhinestones and enamel. Noteworthy, the marking includes “In-Vest-Ments”.
