Born in 1957 in Kibbutz Naan in central Israel, renowned designer Michal Negrin is the creator of an international brand of jewelry, clothing, home decor, cosmetics and perfumes.
As a child, Michal loved to tinker with jewelry and even made her own jewelry. After getting married in 1988, she left the kibbutz for Tel Aviv with her husband Meir and daughter Yasmin. And that same year, she began selling her ornaments at the Tel Aviv street crafts fair.
The table at the fair quickly turned into a small shop on Gordon Street in Tel Aviv. In 1993 she founded Michal Negrin Designs company and opened the first “concept” shop on Shenkin Street. On the first floor there was a shop, and on the second floor there was a small designer’s studio.
By 1996, sales had grown significantly and Negrin opened her factory in Bat Yam, initially renting the first floor of the building. Within a few years the workshop occupied several buildings. Along with the expansion of production, Michal Negrin company entered the international market.
Noteworthy, Japan was the first country where Michal opened her stores. In addition to Japan, Michal stores operate in the United States, Mexico, Croatia, Spain, Austria, China, Holland, Singapore, Italy, France, Great Britain, Russia and other countries.
Interestingly, most of the factory workers were repatriates born in the USSR.
I would like to point out that Michal does not use precious metals or stones in her jewelry, preferring alloys, Swarovski crystals, and enamel.

The most recognizable Israeli designer brand in the world, Michal Negrin, has been active for 35 years. Handcrafted at a factory in Bat Yam, Michal Negrin provides a lifetime guarantee for all jewelry.
