BSK vintage jewellery
The history of American jewelry brand BSK lasted for three decades, from 1948 until the early 1980s. New York based company received name from the initials of the founders: Benny Steinberg, Slovitt and Kaslo. Traditionally, BSK jewelers used colored enamel, Aurora Borealis rhinestone, and imitation of pearls. They made most of the products in the technique of brushing (causing small cuts on the metal surface). Due to low prices, decorations of BSK enjoyed incredible popularity in postwar America. Currently BSK ornaments are collectible.
Keyring Higgins’ Hat of My Fair Lady collection
Keychain was a gift set for a narrow circle of persons invited to the premiere of the film “My Fair Lady” with Audrey Hepburn in the title role. A symbol of Christianity, Starfish represents the Virgin Mary (Stella Maris – «Star of the Sea”) and associated with a clear and unquenchable love. As a mascot starfish gives a feeling of joy and good mood, protects the house. Distant seems close and unrealizable – real. According to belief, Starfish protects business and brings success in business and creativity.
